Grinder (Aluminum grinding experience preferred)

Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Grinder to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing process of aluminum products. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various sanding and grinding techniques, with a focus on quality assurance and precision. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for inspecting items, identifying defects, and utilizing grinding machinery to enhance the appearance and functionality of aluminum components.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with aluminum.

Proficiency in various sanding and grinding techniques, with the ability to achieve precise and consistent results.

Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using power tools to make simple repairs.

Set up and run various surface grinders.

Accountable for ensuring top quality of welding products and less than a 5% error variance.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or imperfections in aluminum products.

Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to operating grinding machinery and equipment.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
