On Call Leasing Agent

Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Agent! We are seeking a motivated individual to support our leasing operations and provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. As an Assistant Leasing Agent, you'll play a crucial role in showcasing our properties and contributing to the overall success of our leasing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Property Showings: Conduct property tours, showcasing apartments to potential tenants and highlighting key features and amenities.

Sales Inquiries: Field incoming inquiries, respond to emails, calls, and walk-ins promptly, providing information about available units and scheduling property viewings.

General Support: Provide administrative assistance and support to leasing agents and Property managers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
