Position Overview:
Join our team as a Cashier and Appointment Setter, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, surrounded by a supportive team dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere in our dealership.
Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collect warranty payments and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Utilize CDK and Xtime systems for appointment scheduling and service recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness of the soda machine and uphold the tidiness of the workspace.
Schedule service appointments and provide knowledgeable recommendations to meet client needs.
Close repair orders and reconcile financial transactions with attention to detail.
Uphold the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Complete balance statements and close out the cash till at the end of each day.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles preferred.
Proficiency with CDK and Xtime software is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
