Preschool & After School Teachers

Want a Job working with Students ages 2-5 and/or ages 5-12?

OpenMinds is hiring for its preschool and school aged programs so you can work with one or both age groups as you prefer.

We are an education company that runs a Spanish immersion preschool with French classes as well as 5 English-based school aged programs. We also provide enrichment classes to several schools. Position Information:

We have programs located all around the city including areas such as Chula Vista, Normal Heights, SDSU College Area, and Ramona.

The positions are part time and full time. The pay starts at $17.25 per hour and goes up with experience. You can still be considered for a position with OpenMinds if you have limited previous experience and coursework as we are happy to help with training. We have regular pay increases and opportunities for advancement. We offer health insurance paid holidays and PTO for full time staff. We are also able to set up a flexible work schedule for you.

We are looking for Spanish speakers but also happy to hire staff who speak English. Once hired you will be required to complete a TB test and Life Scan Fingerprint and other new hire paperwork and trainings are required by the state. We will assist you with this as necessary.
