Position Summary

Become part of a growing electrical contractor company! Copperline Electric is seeking a motivated Electrical Helper & Material Expediter to join our project team in Bonita Springs, FL. Essential Functions

Under the supervision and direction of the Superintendent, perform routine electrical trade tasks, including installing, repairing, and maintaining basic electrical systems.

Coordinate delivery of materials to job sites, ensuring everything arrives on schedule and in good condition.

Maintain accurate records of materials ordered, delivered, and used.

Assist in packing, loading, and unloading materials as needed.

Contribute to keeping job sites organized and safe at all times.

Perform all cleanup tasks as assigned.

What’s Needed to be Successful?

Required

High school diploma or GED.

Valid Driver's License with good driving record.

Must be able to work onsite full-time at designated project(s).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Desire to learn about the basics of the electrical trade.

Eagerness and willingness to follow directions and complete tasks effectively and safely.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

Prior construction experience

Access to basic electrical-trade tools

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role requires talking, hearing, and extensive physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.

Must be able to move objects using strength and stamina, with good manual dexterity and coordination. Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally over 100 pounds.

Ability to wear company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Must be able to perform these physical duties for extended periods in potentially challenging outdoor environments (heat/cold, wet/dry, etc.).

May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.

Pay

$17.00 - $21.00/hour DOE
