This is an UNSUAL OPPORTUNITY for a person skilled in operating a cleaning van, a working Tech, to share in the profits of this division of a 47 year old local company. We have the equipment, newer van, supply all the chemicals, furnish gas and phone, we have the customer base, we pay all the bills and handle all the things that go along with running a business and your job is to get the work done in a professional manner for a reasonable profit, expand the business, and we will share in those dollars. Believe me, this is a lot better than being in business totally for yourselves. You will also be able to share in the profits of any expansion in our cleaning vans that you participate in.

I will consider a venture for someone to hire the Tech or Techs and run this division using our assets, customer base, and office.
