Hiring House Keeper For Airbnb

I need a housekeeper who can turn over Airbnb properties.

We have a total of 5 properties under contract right now, and we are growing.

The position will require that you turn over the Airbnb properties, they are usually 4-6 turnovers a week. As with Airbnbs, some of these turnovers occur on the weekends. Therefore, you will need to be comfortable working a few hours on the weekends when necessary. However, you will be notified in advance of the weekends you will need to work for a few hours to turn over the Airbnb. In addition to cleaning the Airbnbs, you will need to take inventory, buy supplies, restage the properties, take pictures of damages, restock supplies, and clean/disinfect these properties.

Note: In addition to cleaning and staging the property, you will need to wash and dry linens and towels used by guests.

You will likely be working 15-20 hours a week.

Pay will be between 18-20 dollars an hour depending on direct short-term turnover experience. With raises and bonuses available after 6 months of employment and again after 12 months of employment

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Must have 1-2years of experience as a housekeeper and/or Airbnb turnovers
