Coconut Creek Manufactured Home Community is seeking a candidate for maintenance. Custodial cleaning, grounds keeping, tree trimming, irrigation system, carpentry, plumbing. Candidate should be punctual and be a dependable team player. Must pass a full criminal background check and have a Valid Drivers License required.
