Tent Installer:

Performs physical labor tasks at job sites and heavy construction projects.

Operate a variety of hand and power tools.

May clean and prepare sites (Setup and Breakdown).

Motivated self-starter – goes above and beyond to be helpful to others.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Able to work indoors in warehouse conditions, some areas not heated or air-conditioned.

Constant interaction with colleagues, and team members

Frequent lifting and significant amounts of walking, bending, and transporting objects of all shapes and sizes.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented, reliable, fast learner, good work ethic.

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with minimal driving infractions.

Ability to lift to 100 pounds.

Must clear criminal background check.

Embraces change and growth – finds ways to improve.

Licenses or Certifications:

Driver’s license

Forklift certification preferred.

Driving larger delivery vehicles and possession or capability of DOT card is preferred, but not necessary.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions:

Pulling equipment from warehouse and load truck(s) properly for each job

Unload equipment from truck(s) at job sites.

Assist crew leads as necessary.

Setup/Breakdown tents, tables, chairs, & stages as directed by the Crew Lead or Project Manager at event sites.

Clean, inspect, account for all equipment before/during/after setup, breakdown, and storing back at warehouse.

Assemble various tents per manufacturer, company, safety policy and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Hours vary upon schedule/ must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Previous tent construction and take down experience preferred.

Must have flexibility and ability to work long hours per day.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Must be able to count.

Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

Punctual with excellent time-management skills

Benefits:

Starting pay $15-$20/hr depending on experience.

Paid Bi-weekly.
