Commercial Estimating Coordinator

Mechanical Contracting Company seeking Commercial Estimating Coordinator.

Position Description:

-Minimum 2 years’ experience working for a Mechanical Contractor

-Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

-Experience with commercial construction estimating process a plus

-Interacting with vendors, sub-contractors, and General Contractors

-Reliable self-starter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-A team player who will work closely with Sales staff and project management team.

-Proficient in MS Office Apps (Word, Outlook, Excel). Dropbox, Blue Beam
