In this role, you will:

Support the CEO: Manage their calendar, arrange travel, and anticipate their needs.

Streamline daily operations: Run errands, manage logistics, and assist with administrative tasks.

Boost efficiency and research savviness: Research information, analyze data, and prepare concise reports.

Communicate effectively: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and dress business casual.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to utilizing Construct Connect to identify bidding opportunities, collecting mail from remote offices, managing CEO's schedule, and running errands as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma and prior work experience

- College Degree is a plus

- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive)

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

- Must be articulate

- Confident, self-directed, and a quick learner

- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious with a positive and proactive attitude

- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

- Must be familiar with taking public transportation in the city if you don't have a vehicle
