Seeking experienced PT or FT bookkeeper/office manager to work a small office and occasionally remote projects from home.

Requires Microsoft/Quickbooks/Zoom experience with all modules. You will be tested and need to show skillsets.

We will pay for training on a variety of technology platforms that will be new to you.

Seeking self motivated person seeking the last career position of their lives not their first. Eighty percent 80% of the time you will be working alone and unsupervised.

Requires smart phone for time tracking and dependable vehicle.

Requires ability to self learn online as required to complete tasks.

Requires technology savvy to learn new MIS platforms.

Requires good phone presence and ability to interact with customers.

Requires real estate rental showings 5-7 times monthly.
