Executive Assistant for Startup Founder (San Francisco)

We are a dynamic startup seeking an experienced and adaptable assistant based in San Francisco to support our CEO with various tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, handling ambiguity, and completing assignments with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

- Complete research on various topics

- Plan, schedule and execute events (e.g., client dinners, trade shows)

- Follow up with suppliers and partners to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Interact with state and local government entities to ensure company compliance with various requirements

- Assist in writing SOPs as needed

- Occasionally drop off and pick up packages as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work around your schedule while ensuring timely completion of assignments

- Familiarity with San Francisco and the surrounding areas

- Reliable transportation for running errands and attending meetings
