RV Storage facility office rental agent

Seeking mature person for training to become a rental agent/staff member at Diplomat RV and Boat Storage. Initially this position will be part time (8-16 hours per week) but could become full time within 2-4 months after being hired. Office hours are 9 to 5 Monday-Friday and 10-1 on Saturdays. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with no benefits. Upon satisfactory progress and demonstrated reliability in the job pay would increase to $21.00 per hour within 3 months. The person hired could be offered a full-time position possibly within the first 2-4 months depending on the decision of one current staff member. If full time position is offered a subsidy for health insurance of $250.00 per month would be provided and 2 weeks vacation time per year upon 1 full year of service would be included. Duties include: answering prospective tenants phone calls, providing golf cart tour of facility, overseeing tenants move in process by processing paper rental agreement and entering tenant information into SpaceControl accounting and leasing software, issuing access fobs to new tenants, overseeing the move out process of a tenant. Crucial to position is PROMPT call back of prospects voice messages and website inquiries. Very pleasant office atmosphere with low stress as only roughly 3 hours per 8 hour day are dealing with tenants or prospects and the balance of the time is quiet.
