Commercial HVAC Foreman - Weekly Pay - $60/HR - Start ASAP!Location: Rapid City, SDShift: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)Pay: $50 - $60 an HR ( Pay Based on Experience )Description:We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician for an opening we have as a foreman. We are currently working on a military base project that will be completed in the next 3 years. Projects are booked out for the next 7 years.
Manage HVAC crew to ensure projects are completed on time and with precision.
Installation, maintenance, and repair Commercial HVAC systems
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, material records, and start up documents as required
Maintain a positive attitude to drive and build positive morale
Skills/Qualifications:
Valid State Driver’s License & clean driving record
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and personality
Great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things
Ability to follow instructions with minimal to no supervision
Ability to work independently and with others to meet performance goals
