Maintenance /Manger for rental apartments can be Part time

I am a private property owner looking for Maintenance Technician for my apartments in the Carbondale area

Applicants must have the skills for building maintenance and have their own hand tools. Working experience in areas of electrical, plumbing, general repairs and painting is required.

Must be able to complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and provide a valid driver's license

Pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Pay rate is dependent on experience.
