Artistic Flooring Installer ($18-25/hr) NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Primary Responsibilities:
Epoxy coatings floor installation including: metallic epoxy, solid color epoxy, flake flooring, urethane mortar, and polyaspartic urethane coatings.
Concrete coatings floor installation including: stampable concrete overlays, micro-topping overlays, cleaning and sealing concrete, cementitious floor levelers.
Performing work on both small and large projects.
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
Input timely hours.
Strive to meet and exceed production goals.
Learn material specifications.
Floor preparation.
Diamond grinding and shot blasting.
Patching cracks and imperfections on concrete floors.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license is REQUIRED.
Must have reliable transportation.
General construction knowledge is a plus.
Must pass Basic Construction Math Assessment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to follow instruction and learn from constructive criticism.
Typical Start time 7:00 a.m. – End time 4 p.m.
