Job Description:

Join our Home Health Agency as an Administrative Assistant. We are committed to providing outstanding care to our community and are looking for a highly organized and energetic individual to support our office operations.

Responsibilities:

Open and close the office daily

Answer phones, emails and faxes

Accurately enter and update patient and administrative data in our systems.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

Manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare professionals, and management.

Assist with the preparation and submission of permits with city building and safety departments.

Maintain and organize files and documentation in compliance with current healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or some college coursework in a relevant field preferred.

Experience with permit pulling and interactions with city building and safety departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with Photoshop and QuickBooks.

Strong typing and data entry skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
