TAX MANAGER TO PARTNER

We are looking for an individual that will take ownership of assigned clients and tasks, who is willing and capable of doing research and challenging tasks over a broad range of clients and subject matters. Our firm is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for overseeing the tax return preparation for a majority of our clients. You will delegate projects to our tax preparation staff and review each filing to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant Internal Revenue Service and State Tax Boards regulations. Clients may also need you to research and examine other tax documentation for planning purposes. Successful business development experience preferred. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting, an active Certified Public Accountant license, and at least 7 years of experience in taxation and bookkeeping/accounting.
