Required:

Attention to detail.

MUST have transportation

ability to lift 30lb or more

problem solve and communicate issues with management before they become problems

Desired:

ability to learn quickly

work efficiently

have good multitasking skills

good communication

ability to lift 30lb or more

available some weekends.

handyman skills are beneficial as well.
