Windows Support Specialist

The client is looking for a Contract to Hire Windows Support Resourse to complete the following:Job Description:

• Facilitate Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration, including Intune, Bitlocker and Microsoft 365.
• Provide hands-on/remote technical and administrative support for the manufacturing user base.
• Provide support for, or assist other infrastructure groups with:
• End user training and education
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Mobile devices (phones, tablets)

• Collaborate with IT team members.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player, with a positive attitude.

• 3+ years Infrastructure support experience – Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Intune, Bitlocker
