Intermodal Dispatcher

We are actively looking to bring on a dispatcher to join our team, and will have a salary based on experience. The position will be in the office. We require two years of dispatch experience. Must have knowledge of NY and NJ piers and CFS Stations.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries

Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.

Preparing dispatch documents

Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.

Reviewing drivers logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.

Salary will be based on experience
