Triplex Maintenance 2 hours/week

Need a trustworthy maintenance person for a small apartment building in North Portland.

- Take trash to curb on trash day, then bring cans back in

- Pick up any litter around the house

- Weed the yard and keep bushes trimmed

- Mow the grass in the summer

- Pick up leaves in the fall

- Shovel and salt in the winter

- Take care of minor repairs, paint and patch jobs as needed

As long as the trash is out on time for pickup Tuesday morning, you can choose your hours, but you need to live nearby and be reasonably available when unexpected issues arise. Someone looking for extra work on evenings and weekends is ideal.
