CORAL GABLES LAW FIRM HIRING PARALEGAL

Fast-paced Coral Gables law firm seeking a paralegal to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in person role. The ideal candidate is a team player, has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This is a challenging role providing direct support to two (2) attorneys in various practice areas (family law, real estate law, civil litigation, business law, estate planning). At least 1 year of experience in family law, real estate law, probate OR estate planning is required.

Requirements and Qualifications

Manage, organize and maintain physical and electronic files

Assist attorneys in prioritizing competing deadlines

Prepare pleadings, draft documents, e-file

Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings

Communicate professionally with judges, attorneys, support staff and clients

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

Familiarity with MyCase is a plus, but not required
