Plaintiff Personal Injury Legal Assistant

An established, mid-sized Personal Injury law firm in Miami is hiring for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to work alongside one of the senior partners handling some of the following:

Drafting/reviewing/proofing/editing documents

Scheduling and calendaring motions, hearings, depositions

Coordinating with the courts

Trial prep

Efiling

Discovery, Medical Records, client communications

Ability to work directly with senior staff
