Leasing Consultant Position Available

1st Lake Properties is adding a part-time Leasing Consultant to work with our team of Property Management professionals at our 200-unit, market rate apartment community located at 15580 George O'Neal Road in Baton Rouge, LA: Spring Brook apartments.

As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will:

Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner

Provide information about the property and available units to potential residents

Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residents

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing and rental information

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage follow-ups

Prepare leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining resident files

Coordinate with property maintenance team to address any maintenance or repair issues reported by residents

The qualified candidate will have:

Previous experience in leasing or sales roles

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management

Familiarity with leasing contracts and property management processes is a plus
