RV Restoration Project - Seeking Expert Help

List of Tasks:
1. Floor Work:
Currently, 70% of the floor is covered with plywood, but it requires additional attention. We propose to address the remaining 30% with plywood and finish the surface with either tile or hardwood, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
2. Slider Stability:
The slides exhibit some instability, potentially hindering smooth operation. It might need to stabilize the back frame to facilitate effortless sliding in and out while providing adequate support for the weight. Repair of the slide-out motor to ensure both sides engage properly.
3. Back Fiberglass Panel Replacement:
Due to tearing, the back panel requires immediate replacement to prevent further leakage issues and maintain structural integrity.
4. Electrical Inspection:
Although wires are currently exposed, all need to be thoroughly inspected and arrange all the connections and check functionality to ensure safety and reliability.
5. Roof Work:
While the roof might be functional, it appears aged and it might need painting to prevent further damage.
Additional Work:
Mounting of the propane furnace and addressing a minor leak in the propane system, potentially located at the regulator.
Checking up on the fridge/freezer, which operates on both power and propane, and addressing any necessary maintenance.
Bathroom enhancements, including shower head installation and floor improvements.
Repair of the water system components such as the kitchen faucet, shower head, and filter assembly, with pumps deemed functional.
Rectification of a minor drip at the black water tank exit, likely necessitating a seal replacement.
Replacement of furnace duct work, including approximately three hoses.
