Massage Therapist or Facialist for our Salon on West 36th Street

ESFIRsalon is looking to partner with a licensed massage therapist (LMT) or LIC. Cosmetologist who does facials with an entrepreneurial spirit to offer massage or facial services to clients at our Hair Removal Center in Midtown. Candidates must have an existing clientele or be willing to build one.

Candidates must have a valid cosmetology or massage therapy license in the State of New York and be passionate about providing quality facials and massage services in a relaxing spa environment. Referrals of existing spa clients will be provided, but LMT/cosmetology partners will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining their own clientele in the spa and providing the highest-quality massage treatments and facials; emphasis on deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massages and microderm and hydrafacials.

In addition, cosmetologist or massage therapy partners will be expected to:

Maintain a clean treatment area

Collaborate with day-to-day supporting tasks in the studio

Message therapist or cosmetologist partners have several compensation options: (1) a 50-50 revenue split with the salon on services provided by the therapist; or, (2) retain 100% of revenue from services minus a flat (daily, weekly or monthly) space rental fee.
