Design Your Future at PVHSr. Director, Global Product Licensing - Calvin KleinThe Senior Director of CK Global Product Licensing is accountable for the end-to-end creation, development, and execution of Licensing product business strategies, which maximizes revenue and profit, whilst being ‘on brand’ and in alignment with our global internal brand product kitchen.As a member of the Licensing leadership team, reporting into the EVP Global Licensing you will work closely with the CK senior leadership team, to ensure all license product strategies, are brand led and align to the wider brand proposition, whilst also being responsible for managing external licensees and contractual terms to deliver business growth and financial targets.As a member of the licensing leadership team, you will have exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with internal stake holders across, Design, Merchandising, Finance and Marketing, and have prior experience leading in a highly matrixed global brand led enterprise organization.Demonstrating a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, with a focus on brand and product development is a must. And you will be an established and credible leader within the apparel and lifestyle licensee industry, who has developed enduring and trusted relationships with licensees and can influence and successfully manage external stakeholders and strategic partnerships.You will be a business leader of one of the largest and most profitable businesses for North America, during a time of significant transformation, who is energized by change and enjoys working in a matrixed organization and being an ambassador of the brand.Responsibilities:

Accountable for management of all CK Global & North America Product licensee businesses

Ideate and establish brand/brand right product initiatives which complement our internal Global product Kitchen, whilst growing market share and maintaining relevancy and drive financial results through our licensee partnerships

Represent the company with external strategic partners at executive and c-suit levels across more than 20 licensees/ 40+ product categories, influencing and making informed decisions to drive the business

Develop strategic initiatives in partnership with EVP Licensing and Product Licensees that will enhance and grow the various product categories in support of our long-range planning and good, better, best product segmentation

Align with CK brand strategy and cross functional wholesale/regional teams on O&O initiatives that are applicable to licensees

Partner on all contract negotiations and execution of license agreements, renewals, and amendments in partnership with brand leaders and finance

Prepare semi-annual budgets with inputs from licensees; review monthly financial re-forecasting to ensure licensees remain on-track; and challenge licensees on additional opportunities to improve performance

Collaborate / Align with Global brand teams (marketing, design, merch, VM); Ensure licensees have appropriate resources & brand support to achieve strategic goals and fulfill their contractual requirements

Provide cross functional strategic and operational support for transitions licensed to in-house or in-house to licensed; collaborate with strategy and finance teams on business case/ viability analysis

Oversight of CK Product Licensing NY-based team; empower and motivate team to participate in achieving PVH+ goals, divisional objectives, and provide guidance for individual career growth

Partner with Amsterdam-based Licensing team to provide support to CK regional product licensees

Qualifications:

College degree, BA/BS; MBA a plus

10+ years in brand development / product licensing

Strategic analytical thinker: with the ability to develop clear strategies which deliver upon corporate objectives

Expert knowledge of apparel retail environment and competitive brand landscape

Financial acumen; with understanding of legal documents and negotiations

Strong writing, communication, and organization skills

Exceptional brand-building experience

Team oriented and management/leadership experience a must

Experience working with international offices/ partners in a global matrixed business model

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$160,000 - $200,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
