Monday thru Friday 6am – 4pm (1hour lunch)

Rotating Saturdays AFTER training / probationary period

Position Summary:

The Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising a team of 30 drivers. They encourage safety, enforce company safety standards, manage asset utilization, ensure a high delivery of customer service, and fleet profitability. Additionally, they assist, coach, and mentor drivers in their fleet in all aspects of the driver's responsibilities.

Work with Managers, Drivers, and other departments to ensure efficiency of operations.

The ideal candidate:

Professional with excellent communication skills

Proficient within Mcleod or similar TMS

Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
