HVAC TECHNICIAN/HELPER

Here at Kelly's we are looking for reliable HVAC technicians and helpers in the Houston area that can, and will deliver exceptional customer service experience with great work ethic!

Looking for Technicians that have at least 1 year experience in the industry. They must have knowledge on HVAC systems and willing to perform various jobs such as but not limited to, duct cleanings, insulation inputs, tune ups, and more.

Job Description:

- Be a Residential Tech representative for new and existing customers

- Performing Duct Cleaning and Insulation inputs

- Maintenance Plans

- Being committed to a relationship with selling and customer service

Requirements:

- Prior technician experience

- Experienced with HVAC/Indoor Air Quality

- Willing to be organized and work in front of a back office

- Able to follow up with customers and stay focused while at the customers home

-All technicians must wear masks to enter customers homes

- 1 Year experience in the industry

- Valid Drivers Licenses

- EPA Certification

Compensation and Benefits Offered:

- Hourly rate for technicians/helpers

- A vehicle and tablet will be provided

- Company will provide the work and jobs, no cold calling or canvassing

- Company uniforms
