Maintenance Man Position

Maintenance Man position open at Oak Creek Estates located on 23rd and College. This is a Manufactured Home Community with RV Sites. You do not need to work on the homes. This is to help maintain the common areas in the park. This job will be Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 3 PM with a salary pay.

Job description details:

Mow the Grass in common areas / RV spots with riding lawn mower

Read Water Meters on homes every 15th of the month

Winterize and Unwinterize RV pipes

Fill pot holes during summer if needed

Light Tree Trimming / Brush Pick up / Run to the dump to dispose with company truck.

Salary Pay will be $25,000 a year.
