shipping and receiving

we are expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated person that is proficient in:

Working closely with warehouse personnel to maintain knowledge of their system

Following detailed instructions to accurately prep boxes for shipment

Working well with others to efficiently put orders together

Taping boxes/ placing labels

Loading merchandise according to the department/company standards for utility handling

Inspecting materials, products, containers, and manifests in the shipping process § Other duties may be assigned

Under general supervision, transport product using hand carts, pallet jacks, etc

Shipping and receiving all packages, including accepting and signing for deliveries from distributors, organizing and planning outbound orders

Maintaining store room inventory and organization, including sorting materials according to characteristics such as size, type, style, and product code under FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures

Scaning packages and processing shipments
