Unarmed Security Officer for Dispensary ASAP

Job Overview:

Our security guard service company (SECURITY BASE GROUP) is currently hiring dedicated individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Guards for one of our esteemed clients, a dispensary. The ideal candidates will possess a valid guard card, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to upholding security standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough check-ins of customers' identification using a computerized system.

Ensure the safety and security of the dispensary premises during operational hours.

Collaborate with dispensary staff to address security concerns and ensure a smooth operation.

Monitor and control access to the dispensary to prevent unauthorized entry.

Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

Valid Guard Card is a must.

Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Basic computer skills for ID check-ins.

Must have a car.

Working Hours:

Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Escondido, CA 92026)

OR

Friday - Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (El Cajon, CA 92020)
