The Bookkeeper position is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Santa Ynez, CA. The schedule is flexible and part-time, ranging from 24 to 30 hours a week. The rate of pay is $20 to $25 an hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs agency reporting duties and bookkeeping.
Supervise the tax return assembly process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual client sales and property tax reports, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Implement and maintain an efficient document management system, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
Efficiently assign tasks to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Assists with general business operations as needed to best position the company for success and excellent client service.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; but not required for consideration.
Ideally proficient in Microsoft Office, Lacerte, CanopyTax, CFS, Zoom, QuickBooks, WebEx, Adobe, Slack, and Track1099.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
