Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties and overseeing ongoing tenant relationships. This is not an "on site" position.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
Lease Management: Review, interpret, and enforce leases, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Property Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
Leasing and Marketing: Assist in leasing efforts, including marketing available spaces, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
-Bilingual preferred.
-Strong understanding of leases and experience in lease interpretation and negotiation.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
-Proficiency in property management software and excel.
-Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
