We are a family run business looking for an Office Administrator to hire at Guarantee Air Conditioning Repair, LLC located in Kihei.

Pay is hourly and weekly on Fridays

Skills:

- Construction Office Experience is a plus

- Must be reliable and available from 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday

- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation to office.

Tasks Include:

- Scheduling and dispatch

- Filing and answering phones

- Creating work orders/ invoices in program software

- Job Costing receipts

- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for various jobs and using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, HVAC software,
