experienced welder

looking for a welder who has shop, field, and fabrication knowledge. need mig and stick experience.my be extra or longer hours due to job requirements. mechanical skills a plus. must be able to lift 50# or more.must be able to work out in weather , hot cold wet ect. must have a sense of pride in completed work, and pay attention to detail. need the ability to use different power and hand tools. must be able to lift, kneel, bend, crawl if needed. must be able to climb and work on a ladder on occasion.
