Little Blue Menu® is an innovative kitchen brand created by Chick-fil-A®. It’s inspired by the founder of Chick-fil-A, who tested different menu items and presented them on a blue menu at his first restaurant established in 1946. Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering Monday through Saturday, with the restaurant closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

Oversee execution of delivery and catering orders (pickup and delivery) from request to prep (assisting occasionally) to delivery.

Oversee the speed, customer service, and accuracy of the Delivery Team.

Continuously reinvent processes and procedures with the aim of increasing efficiency and improving the guest delivery experience.

Dispatch orders throughout the day to ensure deliveries are on time.

Manage a fleet of our delivery cars

Create and maintain systems to ensure all fleet cars are properly maintained.

Oversee the exterior and interior cleanliness of fleet cars.

Oversee the fleet management portal / vendor. This portal manages/vendors our oil changes, repairs, tire rotation, etc.

Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed

Create the delivery schedule and communicate with other teams.

Requirements:

Must have a basic understanding of all delivery operations

Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed

Hospitality experience (preferred)
