Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

General Pattern Co. is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to work 1st Shift in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Starting wage ranges from $21 - $23 per hour depending on experience.

Job duties include:

Accurate and timely filing of ASN and customer portal shipping information

Intercompany delivery and staging of product

Accurately Pick and Pack products for shipping

Responsible for unloading trucks, bulk stacking, and rack

Responsible for shipping, receiving, and processing of freight per company procedures and policies

Assures that shipping counts match pick documents

Schedules inbound and outbound freight carriers

Knowledgeable in International shipping requirements

Quickbooks or Misys data entry and report capable

Point person for lost shipments

Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records

Maintain inventory tracking reports

Accurately interact with customers’ shipping portal system

Properly receive incoming products with any documentation necessary, check for damage, and accuracy.

Operates Forklift to move product

Maintains workstation per 6S standards

Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:

Stable work record

Be Organized and Neat

Computer skills/ MRP and ERP systems

Be able to work outdoors as needed

Agreeable to overtime

Able to stand, lift 25+ pounds, and walk most of the day

Must possess a valid driver's license

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Experience operating Forklift

Experience in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
