Lucille Murray's Studio of Dance

Our family friendly dance studio in Monticello, MN looking for dance and acro instructors!

We are hiring qualified and enthusiastic members to join our team for the 2023-2024 dance season (August-June). Summer hours may also be available for those who are interested.

Ideal candidates will have substantial dance training, as well as previous experience working with youth. Our studio provides programming in a structured, yet positive and upbeat environment with an emphasis on our core curriculum and our core values.

Tasks expected of head instructors include: lesson planning, choreography (we do provide curriculum and guidance), strong classroom management skills, good written and oral communication skills, organized and motivated (ability to meet deadlines/follow-through on timelines).

Current openings:

Recreational Dance Teachers (ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, pom)

Competitive Instructor/Choreographer (intermediate & advanced levels)

Acro Dance Teacher

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week (potentially more if interested)
