Line Cook Wanted

We are looking to hire an experienced line cook to work at a local neighborhood bar & grill. This is a part-time position. Must be flexible either working day or night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Setting up station and following all set standards and recipes

Preparing and cooking food items for service

Be able to use all necessary equipment and knife skills

Ensuring all foods are labeled dated, covered, and rotated

Ensuring refrigerators are clean and organized

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

Follow safe food handling procedures, gloves, sanitize solution

Requirements:

Availability on weekends

Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members

Shifts range from 11am - 5pm or 5pm - 2am. Some late night shifts available (10pm - 2am).
