Salesman - Electrical Contractor
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven Salesman to join our team at Elite Electric, an electrical contracting company. The Salesman will generate new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and promote our electrical services and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the electrical industry. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by expanding our client base and raising revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques to build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
-Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics using software and/or other sales management tools to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquires, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Proficiency in using various software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
