Description Job Description:We are seeking organized Case Routing Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing case routing, data entry, and deal analysis using Salesforce (SF). This position requires strong administrative skills, SF proficiency, and the ability to identify missing information, allocate cases correctly, and determine the next steps in the process.Key Responsibilities:

Manage case routing processes efficiently and accurately using Salesforce (SF).

Conduct data entry tasks related to cases, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.

Analyze cases and deals to identify missing information, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Allocate cases to appropriate teams or individuals based on established criteria and guidelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely resolution of cases.

Monitor case status and progress, providing regular updates to relevant parties.

Utilize SF reporting and analytics tools to track case trends, identify patterns, and generate reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data security standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to optimizing case routing workflows.

Provide support to teams or individuals handling escalated cases or complex scenarios.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data entry and analysis.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in case management, data analysis, or deal analysis is a plus.
