Stucco Superintendent

Etico Stucco, LLC is a stucco installation construction company in need of an experienced, self-motivated Superintendent for residential and commercial field operations.

The Superintendent must have excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to plan details, workmanship and quality control is required and of the utmost importance. This is a salary position and compensation will be commensurate with verifiable field experience.

The Superintendent assists in the coordination of all site construction activities and supervises all production personnel to successfully complete the job on schedule and within budget. Projects are time-sensitive so multi-tasking is necessary to effectively complete daily tasks.

Fluent in both English and Spanish for this position is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Functions:

Manage work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Direct activities concerned with production

Mentor and explain plans to workers.

Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes.

Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees.

Orders materials, as necessary.

Great and positive attitude.

Working knowledge of the construction industry is required including reading plans/layouts/prints.

Have extensive knowledge of stucco trades and other construction trades that stucco is dependent on.

Must be able to lift 100 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
