Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Fresno. This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Experienced in apartment maintenance with excellent troubleshooting and repairing skills.

Honest, hardworking, and reliable

Organized and detail-oriented.

Personable and great communicator

Spanish is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

Apartment turns.

Basic Electrical (changing outlets/switches, light fixtures, & troubleshooting problems, etc)

Basic Plumbing (changing faucets, unclogging lines, installing toilets, disposals, etc)

Installing appliances

General maintenance and painting

Coordinating with management and vendors

Appliance Repair is a plus.
