Job Title: Weekend Office Assistant (Friday Remote, Saturday In-Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Weekend Office Assistant at our office. This position involves working remotely on Fridays and in-office on Saturdays. As a Weekend Office Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as managing front desk operations, handling reservations, assisting clients, and providing general office errands. Looking for a full timer in the near future. (Must have vehicle)

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations on Saturdays, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing reservations.

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management software.

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.

Must be available to work Fridays (remote) and Saturdays (in-office).

Pay Rate: Starting at $21 per hour for up to seven hours of work each weekend. (up to 15 hrs a week)
