Service Writer

As a Service Writer and Parts Orderer at our Jeep shop, your primary responsibility will be to interface between customers and our skilled mechanics to ensure seamless service experiences.

Your role involves accurately completing the client intake process, client service leads and scheduling diags and working in alignment with our mechanics assessing vehicle issues,, providing estimates, coordinating repairs, ordering parts and invoicing when work is completed. We focus on Jeep spanning all years, as well as selling and repairing muscle and classic cars predating 1969.

Your automotive experience is invaluable as you assist in diagnosing problems and recommending solutions to customers. Additionally, you'll manage parts inventory and orders, ensuring we have the necessary components for timely repairs.
