Our local storage and moving company is seeking to fill the position of part-time Customer Service/Sales Representative to cover our weekend hours. All work will be performed in a remote, work-from-home environment. Applicants must be reliable, able to multitask, work independently, and have impeccable sales and customer service skills.

The position involves the following activities:

Answer incoming calls

Call leads and explain our services and pricing

Contact customers to answer questions, coordinate, and schedule service

Coordinate and dispatch company personnel

Communicate with customers via phone and email

Perform data entry and other computer related functions

We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

Enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing personality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Superb organization and attention to detail

Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Proficiency using computer for email, internet, spreadsheets, etc.

Desire to be taught while learning and growing within our company
