Internship with leading hunting firm

Our executive recruiting firm is looking for someone to join our firm as an intern, which will be unpaid, but if the person proves themselves, will quickly morph into a paid role. Ideally this person will work between 10-20 hours per week and be involved in all aspects of the executive search process. Previous interns have joined the firm and taken on paid leadership roles. Responsibilities include research, candidate ID, assessing candidates with other team members, keeping a list of business development targets for the firm and candidates to be in touch with. We have weekly meetings where you will learn about business and the C-Suite of premier Fortune 500 Companies. Ideal profile is someone who is creative, detail oriented, interested in recruiting and also has an interest in diversity, equity and inclusion. High school degree required, preference for someone with BA/BS or working towards it. You can work remotely and make your own hours - whether it’s a 2 pm or 2 am. We are very flexible.
